Philosophy of Service

When we go to a mechanic to get our car checked out, we need to trust them.  Most of us are not well versed on the steps of repairing vehicles, so we rely on their experience and training to guide us through our decisions.

We work hard to educate our clients about the field of IT.  Many of the things that IT people do seem mysterious.  The more our clients understand about the service we are providing, the more they will be empowered as users of technology.  With every service we provide, we educate our clients on how to avoid the same issue.  Computer repair can be stressful.  We try to make the experience as easy as possible for our clients.

No work is done until the client agrees to the work with a clear understanding of the cost.  This takes the surprise out of IT service invoices.  We do this because we respect our clients.  We would expect the same.
