We keep up with the latest tools in the world of IT and tailor them to suit the needs of our clients.  There is no one-size-fits-all in the world of technology.  Every business is different.  This is why we always start our relationships with our business clients by gathering data about their IT systems through our Business Client Assessment.  This assessment gives us an overview of the current situation and lets us know the goals your organization has for its future IT systems.

We have 3 main categories of service arrangement for businesses:

  1. Pay-As-You-Go: If you have a problem at the office with your network, we are happy to do what we can to fix the issue in a timely manner.  Normally, we are able to respond to support calls within at least a few days.  Emergency services are also available.
  2. Pre-Pay: We love to have long relationships with our clients.  Our pre-pay model allows us to keep our clients’ IT costs predictable, makes our billing easier and it ensures we have a clear understanding of the business’ IT environment.  We offer discounted hourly rates for our pre-pay clients.  The pre-pay cycle starts every quarter and the hours can roll over to the next quarter.
  3. Project Work: If your company needs a robust cloud-based collaboration system, we will most likely submit this project in a proposal format for your review.  Depending on the project, there may be a fee for us to put together the details of the Scope of Work.  Once approved, we finalize time lines and clarify expectations.

We are always happy to have a no-obligation initial conversation with you about your business IT needs.  You can either come by our location or we can come to you.  Some companies offer out-sourced IT services.  We offer local-sourced IT services.
