• PC Bench Tech: We are looking for someone who is familiar with both hardware and software service for Windows, OSX and Linux.  We use Linux-based tools for much of our diagnostics and service.  An attitude of service is essential for any applicant.  Strong communication skills are also necessary to ensure our clients always know the status of their service.  A hacker attitude is a must.  Must be tenacious because not all issues are easy to resolve.
• Business IT Services: iSupportU provides IT support to many local businesses.  Anyone in this role must understand professionalism and have much of the skill sets of the PC Bench Tech.  You must have a clear understanding of networking in an enterprise environment.  Because we work to implement cloud-based solutions in our businesses, a background in cloud systems would be great.  You have to be able to manage expectations with our client base to keep good relations.
