We know tech.

Nobody likes to feel dumb. We know this. The field of IT is full of jargon and can get quite confusing to the end user. We take that confusing jargon and communicate it to our clients in a clear, understandable manner. This is what makes the team at iSupportU special. Whether we are working on network systems, website frameworks, computer repair or iPhone repair, we always do our best to empower our clients with information. This may take more time than it would take to just fix the problem, but it helps our clients to avoid possible expensive technology pitfalls in the future. A hammer is only as effective as the person who wields it. The same is true of the tools of technology. We not only can fix your hammer, we can give you tips to improve your swing

Shaun Oshman
Founder and CEO Shaun Oshman grew up in the heart of New Jersey. After completing a BS in environmental science from Unity College in Maine, he rode his bicycle solo for 1500 miles to settle in Iowa at an organic vegetable farm.
His next calling was education, where he took on the roll of Educational Services Director at a large YMCA camp in southern New Jersey. During this time, Shaun earned his MS in Education. In 2005, he moved to New Zealand, where he taught 7-9 year olds at a primary school in Wellington. In those 3 years, he acted as the IT administrator for this school and other Apple-based schools in the Wellington area.
He arrived in Boulder in March of 2009. iSupportU was started as a company within 2 days of arriving in town. He found a great Schwinn cruiser and began providing IT support to clients on 2 wheels. The business was run out of a spare bedroom for the first year. In March of 2010, we were ready to move into the 500 square foot space at 2232 Pearl Street with the 3 other members of the iSupportU team. In April 2011, the team moved into the current 2700 square foot location at 1825 Pearl Street.
He constantly strives towards striking a balance in life between friends, business and environmental ethics. He feels super lucky every day to have found such wonderful people to share this dream with.

Greg Koeka
Dollars & Sense At the age of 19, Greg moved to Boulder from Cleveland, Ohio to take on his second year of college at CU-Boulder majoring in business. While attending school, and working full-time concurrently as an Insurance broker,
he realized his path was to stay in the small business sector and learn how to best develop & grow a company that makes a difference in the community. In his time since, he has worked in several notable small companies that helped him understand the do’s and don’ts of building a fun work environment. His experience has helped iSupportU continue to grow in a sustainable & scalable manner…we hope you like him as much as we do!
Greg enjoys many things related to the mountains including backcountry snowboarding, mountain bike racing, camping and hiking. When not in the mountains, he can usually be found with his amazing partner around town, hanging out with friends in town and/or at a local brewery.

Christina Savage
Network Navigator Christina Savage wears many hats at iSupportU. She is client liaison for business services; project manages; writes proposals; oversees marketing; and implements operational business processes.
She also works closely with iSupportU’s business and web services technicians.
Prior to joining the iSupportU team in September, Christina worked with a variety of small businesses. Her last position was working as marketing and operations manager for a boutique real estate brokerage where she helped the business run as efficiently and effectively as possible. She enjoys focusing on building simple and sustainable internal systems while providing an exceptional client experience.
Christina moved to Boulder over a decade ago to pursue a degree in journalism at CU-Boulder. She graduated in 2005 with a concentration in media studies and is still as much in love with Boulder as she was when first visited. Christina serves on the Boulder 2140 board of directors and as director and co-chair for the marketing committee. She has been involved in Boulder 2140 since 2010.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her young son, Aidan; taking weekend trips to the mountains; renovating her condo; perusing food and home blogs; and cooking delicious meals in her kitchen.

Stephen Boni
Pit Boss We rescued Stephen from the confines of big box retail. We had great timing to get Stephen just when Ultimate Electronics was shutting its doors. After hiring him, we then went over to Ultimate Electronics to purchase his old bench.
Same tools, similar job, great new company. We are very lucky to have such an experienced and driven individual on our team.
Stephen specializes in PC and Mac hardware and software troubleshooting. He’s got experience using Windows-based, Linux-based and Mac-based diagnostic tools to get to the root of technical issues. Stephen is also a reservist for the US Marine Corps where his job title is “Tactical Air Operations Module Technician”…. wow.
In his free time, he likes to spend time with his wife, Amanda and his dog, Maggie. He’ll also go for a run to work off the stress of dealing with technology all day (bless his heart).

Chelsie Frisby
Tech Titan A proud member of our breakfix “pit” crew, our Tech Titan, Chelsie, loves her job because she loves helping people, fixing their problems and teaching them new things about technology.
A recent refugee from the big-box world of corporate support, Chelsie loves the freedom iSupportU provides to actually do these things.
Chelsie was born and raised in Colorado and is currently attending Metro State College of Denver. She is contemplating ideas for a major but isn’t sure what path she would like to follow. She is hoping within the next couple of semesters that she will have a good sense of direction.
She spends any free minute she gets you can find her playing the latest video games with her awesome boyfriend. On top of that she crams in study time for classes and enjoys spending time with her family.

Latham Leonaitis
Connoisseur of Computation Latham brings a simple and personable approach to our team. He excels at communicating technology in a way that anyone can understand.
Latham has the unique ability to tackle IT problems quickly and to also understand the greater picture…and he brings an amazing amount of knowledge with him.
Most recently, he designed and implemented an operating system migration that streamlined a company’s Windows environment. This reduced customer complaints by 70 percent and delivered exceptional results to his client.
At iSupportU he works with many of our business clients, providing ongoing IT support to help businesses grow and achieve their goals. He also troubleshoots PC, Mac and iPhone problems in our shop. Latham does it all.
Latham moved to Colorado almost two decades ago. He earned a degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College and over the years he provided ongoing tech support to businesses. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, climbing and biking.

Lisa Cratty
Digital Diva Lisa has spent 15 years working in the IT world, the last 10 of which were spent managing the IT Department of an international law firm in Los Angeles.
Her experience spans many areas including staff and project management, software and hardware support, applications training, network & server support and most recently a little web designing! Lisa has the unusual mix of being a “techie”…with a lot of creative flair, thus making it easy for her to understand complex technology issues but explain them in “real world” language to her clients.
In the summer of 2009 Lisa and her family moved from L.A. to Louisville, CO. Her goal was to leave the hustle and bustle (and stress) of corporate life and move to a community where she, her husband and two daughters could have more quality of life. Joining the iSupportu family is a natural fit in that plan!
Lisa has also founded her own company Teagan and Mack, an organic cotton baby clothing line. To find out more about Teagan and Mack please visit our web site.

Erin O’Brien
Code Commander Erin joined the team in September 2011 to focus on web project management at iSupportU as the Code Commander. Erin specializes in WordPress customizations and is passionate about UI and information design.
She’s one of those kind of nerds that can explain nerdy stuff in a non-nerdy way. Come by the Lab and have her start an
awesome website for you! She’ll even teach you how to update it yourself (…yes, you can totally do it!)
Erin grew up in the suburbs of Massachusetts. She moved on to Boston to achieve a BFA in New Media at Emerson College with a focus on user interface design, the evolution of communication, and web programming. She was named Most Outstanding New Media graduate of 2006 and promptly began scheming her east coast escape plan.
In 2007, Erin relocated to Colorado for an IT Management position for a local snowboard company. Since 2009, she has found success doing web development, web marketing training, and IT support in Colorado and beyond. She is also the co-founder of AudioPixel, a creative software start-up developing audio-responsive LED programming for concerts and festivals. She brings her diverse background in academic and small-business IT support paired with years of web development experience to the iSupportU web team.
Erin spends her free time making delicious lasagna, going on wacky camping adventures, and cruising around in her wooden-paneled station wagon. She consistently looks forward to creating large-scale interactive art projects in the Nevada desert.
Tom Puleo
Tom came to us as a transplant from Rochester, NY. He graduated from Fredonia State University in 2005 and moved to Boulder shortly thereaafter. Tom perfected his marketing skills in his double life in the local music scene under the moniker Shank Aaron as a electronic music producer.
Tom joined the iSupportU team to unleash the awesome power of his social media prowess. His Facebook posts have won numerous Peabody Awards, and are translated in 37 languages worldwide (including Pirate). His updates carry weight that could break a lesser mans jaw. On Twitter, Jack Dorsey is following him. Tom’s ego is so vast it is listed on Google Places. StumbleUpon had to make its own website for Tom called ElegantlyArrivesAt, because Tom never stumbles….ever. Tom’s YouTube channel is so popular that it is broadcast on cable. It is now called Comedy Central. He is so charming his smile creates its own Wi-Fi. Tom can make 30-minute brownies in 20 minutes.
