Sometimes it does not make sense to do your service at our shop. By going to your site, we are able to diagnose and fix networking issues, backup solutions and file sharing challenges.
If you are located in Boulder, we will bike to your location to perform our IT support services. If you are located outside of Boulder, we are happy to drive to you. We track our mileage and use that number to calculate our annual carbon footprint for our carbon neutral status.
Our techs are courteous and knowledgeable. We are professional and punctual. If your issue can be resolved remotely, we can save you time and money by offering you remote support for your issue.
