Network and Server Support Engineer

Working in the Business IT Services department, Stanley Nichols is one of our network and server technicians at iSupportU.

Stanley is a systems administration veteran with seven years of IT expertise. Offering a vast knowledge of different types of networks, hardware, and software, he works on both Macs and PCs, and some of his responsibilities include:

• Set up, configure, and support internal and/or external networks.
• Develop and maintain all systems, applications, security, and network configurations.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues.
• Create and maintain a disaster recovery plan.
• Recommend upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users.
• Remain up to date with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude used in solving problems.
